The concert is made up of a selection of lieder for piano, four hands piano, violin and piano, all composed by Nietzsche between 1854 ad 1878. “Maybe there was no philosopher so deeply musician as I am” this quote by Nietzsche explains the absolutely strong connection between his work and music. The audience is guided though an unknown door, to an unexpected universe made of sounds and visions. |

A selection of texts by the ancient Greeks, among Nietzsche’s most beloved ones. Organized on the four seasons’ alternation, with their colours and audio visual suggestions, the poets’ immortal voices live to speak about what links man to gods: life. In the cyclical dance, spring’s short – lived beauty and the summer’s insolent happiness run through, giving space to the melancholy of fall and cold winter’s eternal silence. |
